Thank you for choosing Charmerize™, a virtual creative brand founded and operated by Cocohantas Milano. Every Charmerize creation is designed with passion, originality, and attention to detail, serving clients across platforms such as Second Life, IMVU, FiveM, The Sims 4, and inZOI.

These Terms of Service outline the policies, rights, and responsibilities between Charmerize and its clients. By purchasing, commissioning, or downloading any digital product or service from Charmerize, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.

Please review this document carefully before proceeding with any order or payment. These terms exist to protect both you as the client and Cocohantas as the creator and rightful owner of all original Charmerize content.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Charmerize provides original digital goods and custom services for the following platforms:

  • Second Life
  • IMVU
  • FiveM (GTA V Modding)
  • The Sims 4
  • inZOI
  • Other future release virtual worlds/life simulation games

Services may include, but are not limited to: 3D assets, textures, skins, animations, branding kits, and other virtual design content.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All digital content, creations, designs, and branding elements under the Charmerize™ name are the intellectual property of Cocohantas Milano, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes both pre-made items and custom commissions.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, re-uploading, leaking, reselling, or redistribution of any Charmerize content is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal action will be taken against individuals or entities found to be infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or engaging in content theft.
  • All original work is protected under U.S. Copyright Law and international treaties.

You do not gain ownership rights to the work. You are granted a limited license to use the product within your personal gameplay or virtual environment (unless otherwise stated in writing for commercial use).

CREATOR PROTECTION & LIABILITY

Cocohantas, as the sole creator and owner of Charmerize, retains full rights to the creative direction and distribution of her work.

Charmerize is not liable for:

  • Compatibility issues with your platform or mods
  • In-game performance glitches unrelated to the original design
  • Buyer misuse or alteration of files
  • Any third-party redistribution or theft after sale

All items are made and delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital goods, once files are delivered, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided once a digital product or service has been delivered. This includes custom commissions and pre-made assets.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Buyer’s change of mind
  • Incompatibility with mods or game updates
  • Accidental purchases
  • Misuse or improper installation

If there is a genuine technical error on our end (e.g., corrupt file delivery), please contact us within 72 hours of purchase for support.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

All payments made to Charmerize are final and non-reversible due to the nature of digital products. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving files, proofs, or progress updates will result in the following:

  • Immediate blacklisting from future orders and commissions with Charmerize
  • Permanent blocking from all Charmerize communication channels (Discord, Instagram, etc.)
  • Submission of evidence and communication records to the payment processor to ensure the dispute is resolved in favor of Charmerize

Cocohantas maintains thorough documentation of every transaction, including message correspondence, progress screenshots, file delivery timestamps, and proof of work, to protect against fraudulent claims.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

USAGE TERMS

By purchasing or commissioning work from Charmerize, you agree to:

  • Use the content only for personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise licensed)
  • Do not share, trade, leak, or re-upload the files elsewhere
  • Do not edit and claim the work as your own unless given permission in writing

CUSTOM ORDER & COMMISSION TERMS

Custom orders may require a deposit, milestone payments, and a turnaround estimate. By submitting a form of payment, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the timeline and expectations
  • You will not request changes beyond the agreed-upon number of revisions
  • You will not cancel a commission after work has begun

Charmerize reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission that is deemed offensive, exploitative, or misaligned with the brand values.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Any personal information provided through the custom order form is used strictly to complete and deliver your digital order. Your information will not be sold, shared, or used for unsolicited marketing.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

Charmerize reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted publicly, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of those changes.
